The Flyers have traded Kris Versteeg to Florida for a 2nd round pick (2012 or 2013 - FLA's choice) and a 3rd round pick in 2012. PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd round pick in 2012 was previously owned by San Jose, but had been acquired by Florida before moving it to the Flyers.

The Philadelphia Flyers have agreed to a multi-year contract with free agent center Max Talbot.

The Flyers have agreed to a contract with free agent defenseman Andreas Lilja and signed right wing Jakub Voracek to a contract extension.

The Philadelphia Flyers have agreed to a contract with free agent RW Jaromir Jagr.
